Personal Coaching

Work with Jenny on a more personal level to achieve YOUR goals.

Career and family obligations can make it difficult for an athlete to participate in regularly scheduled group programs. Each athlete responds differently physically, mentally, and emotionally to different training regimens, and that’s why I feel that if you are looking to get the most out of yourself, an individualized approach to your training is important.

My individualized running programs cater to YOUR situation. My programs are as flexible as YOU need them to be. I work with runners and triathletes who would like:

A daily running schedule where I give you your workouts for each day of the week.

A running schedule where I give you all the workouts for the week and YOU do them on what day of the week works best for you.

A running schedule where I give you your weekly mileage, long run, and hard workouts for the week, and you fill in the rest!

I coach mainly through e-mail and you can contact me as much as needed. To get started I have you fill out a general running questionnaire. Then together we determine the program that would fit best into your schedule, but at the same time work toward achieving your goals.
