2019 Jenny Spangler Winter Running Programs

Don't train alone this winter. Join in with Jenny's running groups and get more out of this winter's training!

My Wednesday morning program, meeting and starting at the Gurnee Centre Club, is back for another year! We work together to establish and/or improve aerobic and anaerobic base through tempo runs, faartlek, and interval workouts.

Please note that the workouts will begin at 9 AM.
