Tuesday Evening Track Workouts

Tuesday evening track workouts will begin on May 9, 2023, and end on October 10, 2023. This year we will meet each Tuesday evening at the Lake Forest High School track, located at 1285 N. McKinley Rd, in Lake Forest, IL. Plan on arriving around 5:30 PM to park and warm up adequately. Workouts begin at 6:00 PM, and are usually completed by 7:15 PM.

This program is designed to increase your anaerobic fitness level through intervals on the track ranging from 200 meters to 1600 meters in length.
