Wednesday Evening Track Workouts

Wednesday evening track workouts will begin on May 10, 2023, and end on October 11, 2023. This year we will meet each Wednesday evening at the Warren Township High School track, located at 34090 Almond Road, in Gurnee, IL. Plan on arriving around 5:30 PM to park and warm up adequately. Workouts begin at 6:00 PM, and are usually completed by 7:15 PM.

This program is designed to increase your anaerobic fitness level through intervals on the track ranging from 200 meters to 1600 meters in length.
